The crinkle texture gives the color depth so it's not flat. Washed 10+ times and hasn't faded. Matches his nursery without being matchy-matchy. Also got compliments from the hospital nurses asking where I got it.
Fit: One Size is generous 47" x 47", big enough to swaddle my 9 lb grandson with room to grow. We do the classic DUDU swaddle and there's plenty of fabric to tuck — no Houdini escapes at 2am. It's essential to verify their organic claims by using the GOTS website database to confirm that the certificate number printed on the packaging (not just provided on the product listing) is for their brand (not stealing another brand's — e.g. their supplier), for the right kinds of products, and isn't expired. Otherwise, they're just selling you conventional clothes at organic prices. No brand's assurances are good enough to make up for a lack of certification. And OCS or OEKO-TEX are not certification of an organic finished product. GOTS is currently the only option for full supply chain certification of an organic textile product.

These blankets are wonderful. They're beautifully soft. And they're big enough and stretchy enough to swaddle easily once you know how. I'm coming to enjoy and trust this brand, which takes a lot when it comes to what I put on my kids.
