At Butterblu, you take center stage! Our team works hard to ensure you get your favorite organic essentials as soon as possible — usually ships within a few days. We always want to make sure you're happy, but sometimes packages may take a little longer than expected. Don't worry — our customer care team is here for you. Have an inquiry about your order? Orders placed on our website will normally be processed and sent to a Third-Party carrier service within 5-7 business days. Any expedited shipping times applied to the order will begin after the Third-Party carrier service takes possession of the order. Butterblu is not responsible for orders lost, misplaced, damaged, or destroyed by any Third-Party carrier. In the case of such events, customers should contact the Third-Party carrier service directly.

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Please remember that orders cannot be edited once processing begins. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US States. We do not ship to any other US territories, mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

 

How can I edit my shipping address?

All shipping address changes can be made in the My Account section. You will have the option to select a new default shipping address or add an additional address. If you've already placed your order and need to change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team at care@butterblu.com.

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders with overnight and 2-day shipping that are placed on a weekday (excludes weekends and holidays) before 12pm PT / 3pm ET will be shipped the same business day. Ground/standard will be processed and shipped 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Ground/standard orders can take up to 3-10 business days depending on the carrier and your location.

Please note we do not guarantee any delivery that has incorrect shipping address information or is not delivered on time due to severe weather or acts of nature that delay the carrier. Shipping rates are based on method, total weight, and destination from our shipping facility in PA.

If offered, orders shipping to HI, AK or US territories are subject to longer transit times beyond the standard 3-10 business days.
